  • 10% free disk space, automatic delete of temp files, follow up ticket;
  • 10% drive fragmentation, automatic defrag, follow up ticket;
  • Missing Service Pack, automatic install of service pack upon approval
  • Disabled Windows Automatic Update, Configure automatic updates
  • Failed Windows Automatic Update, Run repair script for automatic updates
  • Missing or out of date antivirus, follow up ticket for renewal or repair
  • Lost connectivity for remote systems and offline servers, follow up ticket;
  • Unexpected shutdown, follow up ticket
  • Duplicate name or IP address detected; follow up ticket
  • RAID failure; follow up ticket
  • Recurring Critical Event; follow up ticket

Professional Support Time
1 or 2 hours (depending on term) of professional support time is included for each server or work station covered
under this plan.  Professional support time can be used for remote or on site support.  Professional support time is
not tied to a particular individual server or work station and can even be used for equipment not covered by our plan,
such as firewalls, PDA’s, and other network equipment.  On-site support may require travel time if outside of the
greater Denver area.
